About Matt Lozada

Born in Tampa, I have been able to see first-hand how it became the massive city it is today, while still being the small town I still call 'home'. While attending the University of South Florida, I started a mobile detailing business to provide a valuable service to clients and spend time around cars. It allowed me to see all types of different neighborhoods in the Tampa Bay area, and make lifelong connections. After college, I decided to enter the real estate industry. It has given me the opportunity to walk with clients through one of the biggest and most emotional decisions they might ever make. My parents taught me when I was younger, the importance of putting others first and treating them with respect. This made the decision to join Florida Executive Realty easy, where I can be a part of a company whose mission is based on 'The Golden Rule'.
